(MIAMI) CHINA-LATINA DINNER (MAY 2023)
A multi-course collaboration dinner that will showcase Venezuelan-born Pao Carlini’s Latin- accented Mediterranean flavors interspersed with Chinese American Christine Lau’s Cantonese-rooted cuisine influenced by her years growing up in the Bay Area, living in New York City.
*Trivia: Christine was formerly executive chef at the James Beard-nominated Kimika (and personally lauded by New York Times critic Pete Wells), and Pao worked at three-Michelin-starred El Celler de Can Roca before moving to London!
The event is part of the annual Lengua Food Conference and will take place at the historic Casa Florida in Miami. More information here.
